Panionios and Paok after Vasileiadis
According to greek site basketblog.gr Panionios and Paok are after Kostas Vasileiadis who seems to be redundant in the new roster of Olympiakos. The 24-year old guard/forward was bought by Olympiakos and was given a 3-year contract in an effort to build a strong roster full of young greek players but the administration of Olympiakos went a few steps too far since then.
Vasileiadis played in Paok before and is a fan's favourite and naturally a crowd-pleaser so there is a possibility that Drossos will be keen to have him in the team trying to attract the fans.
Panionios on the other hand plays in the Euroleague and lacks a peripheral shooter having lost Newley to Panellinios and Sakota that returned to Panathinaikos. So it remains to be seen what will happen.
Vasileiadis averaged 7.5 points and 1.8 rebounds in 28 games of the greek league shooting at 40% behind the arc.
