AEL is aiming for Marlon Garnett

AEL is searching high and low to replace Bruce Price, who has not satisfied coach Alexandris with his game, and one of the candidates to replace him is Marlon Garnett(1.88-SG) who was the 2nd leading scorer of the Adriatic League last season with KK Split averaging 19.2 points per game. He also averaged 3 rebounds and 1.7 assists in a total of 24 games.

He played in the past briefly for the Boston Celtics in the NBA but then he moved to Europe where he played for Estudiantes, Benetton, Milano, Messina and Varese in the past. Garnett is a natural scorer and this is the type of a player that coach Alexandris is looking for. He was rumored to be a target for Olympia Larisa earlier this year but coach Bartzokas booked Terrell Castle instead who has a bosnian passport.
