Brose Baskets made a great transfer move by signing former
NBA center
Alexander Johnson(2.08-C) and
they announced it via their official website. Johnson graduated from Florida State University.
He was selected by the
Indiana Pacers at number 45 in the second round of the
2006 Draft. The Indiana Pacers traded his right to Memphis where he played 59 games and averaged 4.4 points and 3 rebounds.
Next season he signed a contract with
Miami where he played 43 games and averaged 4.2 points and 2.2 rebounds. Miami decided to
release him and Brose didn't lose the opportunity to bolster their front line with an NBA caliber player.
