Lukoil Akademik, the Bulgarian champion and Nenad Canak(2.04-PF) parted ways. The club lost its chance to advance in the Eurocup, and hence they decided to reduce the players' budget. Andrew Adeleke(2.05-C) the nigerian center also left the club together with Canak. Canak has already received some offers according to his agent, and will decide very soon where he will finish the season.

Canak has so far averaged 6.7 points and 1.7 rebounds in 3 games, whereas Andrew Adeleke has averaged the impressive 13.3 points and 13 rebounds in 3 games in the Eurocup.

In their place Lukoil signed Vladimir Mijovic(2.07-PF), whostarted his career in Partizan. He started the season in Omonoia in Cyprus and decided to move on to Lukoil. Last season he played for KK Sloga Krajlevo where he averaged 15.4 points and 5.6 rebounds in 20 games.
