Jasmin Repesa decided to resign as head coach of
Virtus Roma and it was
announced via their official website.
Jasmin Repesa said that he cannot continue in his current position as he loves the team and the city and that he can't shock the team out of the streak of bad results in the LegaA1.
President Toti thanked
Repesa for all that he's done for Roma and for allowing the team to play in the final of the league after 25 years. This decision that came out of the blue, doesn't allow Roma to sit around and the look for a new head coach has already started. Assistant coach Nando Gentile will be acting as head coach until a replacement has been found.
