Slobodan Klipa was released from his duties as FMP head coach on Tuesday and replaced by veteran
Milovan Stepandic, who started the season as head coach of Serbian League leader Borac Cacak.
Stepandic, 54, is a respected name in the coaching world. He has coached
Buducnost Podgorica and
Vojvodina Novi Sad in the past and is considered a specialist in crisis situations. He takes over a struggling FMP, which is 1-2 in the Eurocup and ranked 10th in the Adriatic League with a 3-8 record. Klipa leaves FMP after 11 months in charge. He took over for Vlada Vukoicic last January.
