Diarra wants to leave Paok - more problems arise

Mamoutou Diarra(2.03-SF/PF) wants to leave Paok according to the statements he made in an article by goalday.gr. The french forward is very annoyed by the situation in Paok at the moment where the president (Dimitris Drossos) resigned and left the team and their staff to fend for themselves. This is the 3rd team that Drossos abandons after Sporting BC and AEK BC leaving the team to a uncertain and fragile state.

Diarra has not been paid for February and there is a clause in his contract that says he can leave the team within 10 days provided he has not received the money. Dimitris Marmarinos(2.06-C) is also going to resort to FIBA to claim his money. Marmarinos was punished because of a disciplinary offense(he hit teammate Symtsak) and now he claims his entire contract (100.000 euros) as Paok are trying to get rid of his contract using that excuse. Ex-coach Pedoulakis is also claiming the money from his contract.

Diarra has averaged 9.6 points and 4 rebounds in 20 games of the greek A1 league as a player of Paok.
