According to prasinanea.gr, Panathinaikos gave a deadline to Sarunas Jasikevicius in order to answer to their offer. The deadline expires at the end of this week and this might mean that the greek team have found his replacement either as another bosman player or an import player.
It seems that Jasikevicius doesn't have a better offer than the one from Panathinaikos and that he is trying to gain either more money or a 2-season closed contract. The general consensus is that Jasikevicius would like to stay with Panathinaikos. The article says that there was also an offer from Malaga but it's nowhere near the offer that Panathinaikos have made.
