Scavolini announced Branko Cvetkovic

Branko Cvetkovic(2.00-SG/SF) didn't stay long with Zeleznik and he got a better offer from Scavolini.

The Serbian guard/forward had a term in his contract that would allow him to move to another team if he had a better offer and that came from Italian team Scavolini Pesaro. The deal was announced via the official website of Scavolini and it's valid until the end of the current season. Cvetkovic will be arriving to Pesaro early next week.

Cvetkovic grew up with Spartak Subotica juniors and in 2005 he joined FMP Zeleznik where he stayed for 2 seasons amassing a total of 637 points in 2 seasons in the Adriatic League with them. Later on in 2007 he moved to Girona where he stayed for one season but the team's financial problems forced him to leave next season and continue his career elsewhere.

Last season he signed with Panionios in Greece but he couldn't adjust to the team's plays and later on he signed with Zaragoza where he only played 3 games. As a player of Panionios he averaged 8.9 points and 2.8 rebounds in 20 games of the A1 league.
