Kavala to sign Cedric Simmons?

The battle to avoid relegation has reached the final few games in Greece and Kavala are trying to bring in Cedric Simmons.

According to sportnet.gr, Cedric Simmons(2.06-PF/C) is the one that will be replacing Dragan Ceranic(2.12-C) in their front-line. Simmons was going to play for Peristeri in the beginning of the season but it was deemed that was in a bad shape so that he couldn't play up to standard.

After that Simmons went to the NBDL where he played for the Idaho Stampede and then he went on to play in China for the DongGuan New Century Leopards. Simmons averaged 18.7 points and 8.9 rebounds in 20 games in China. There is another issue of dissolving the contract of Dragan Ceranic, who will be the 2nd player to leave after Dejuan Collins.
