There were rumors before about this move and now they started again.

The Polish media report that David Logan(1.85-PG/SG) will be moving to Baskonia after all. According to probasket.pl, the leader of Prokom Gdynia, David Logan will become a player of Baskonia for the next season but there are no details as to the duration of the contract. Chances are it will cover more than one seasons.

David Logan acquired a Polish passport playing for Prokom so his Bosman status gives him leverage in the players' market. Logan's pro career started in Italy after graduating from Indianapolis in 2005. He played in LegaDue for Pavia and then Hasharon in Israel. He played on and off in the NBDL and Poland for Forth Worth Flyers, Starogard and Turow before moving to Prokom in the summer of 2008. He's been with them in the last 2 seasons. This season he averaged 15.3 points 2.6 rebounds 3.4 assists and 1.6 steals in 20 games in the Euroleague, leading Prokom to the Final Eight also leading them to another Polish League title just 2 days ago. Logan is also part of the Polish NT.

The article also talks about Qyntel Woods who has not decided about his next team. However he wants to sign for a team that he will be a key player.
