Tau signed scorer Carl English

Tau Ceramica added more fire power for the upcoming 2009-10 season by inking shooting guard Carl English. Both parts reached an agreement to a one-year deal, with an option to extend it until the end of the 2010-11 season. English (192, 28) arrives from Kalise Gran Canaria, where he averaged 15.6 points and 2.8 assists in 6 Eurocup games last season, in which he helped his club to make it to the Spanish League playoffs.
English has also played for Zadar in Croatia, VidiVici Bologna in Italy, the Florida Flame, as well as for the North Charleston Lowgators in the D-league. English was the 2006-07 Adriatic League top scorer at 20.3 points per game playing for Zadar, to which he led to make it to the Croatian League finals. English is also a member of the Canadian national team.

Martin transferred from Caserta to Sassari

Dinamo Sassari of LegaA2 announced the transfer of Philip Martin(2.02-SF) and it was announced via their official website. Martin initially signed with Capo Di Orlando this summer but the team was relegated. He graduated from the college of Hawaii.
The canadian-italian forward played 2 games for Caserta scoring 4 points in each game and then he was released by Caserta that was announced by their official site.

Jesse Young signed by Murcia
Polaris World Murcia announced the signing of canadian-irish power forward/center Jesse Young (2.07-PF/C). Young played for DKV Joventut in the past and last season he played for MMT Estudiantes. He has also been a member of the Canadian National Team in the past.
The Sports Director of Basketball Club Murcia, Paco Guillem, confirmed his signing and mentioned that Young brings a lot of energy to the game of team and he is also quite effective from attacking from 4-5 meters from the basket.
Last season he averaged 6 points and 2.2 rebounds in 22 games for Estudiantes in the ACB.

Vladimir Kuljanin close to Egaleo BC
According to eurobasket.com Vladimir Kuljanin(2.08-C) is close to signing with Egaleo BC. The canadian center is also a member of the Canadian Men's National Team. He also has a bosnian passport that allows him to play in Europe as an EU player.
Kuljanin had a very good season with NC Wilmington ranking 2nd in the NCAA in 2p shots (66.7%) behind the giant Kenny Gregory. He averaged 12.8 points 9.9 rebounds and 2.4 assists in 33 games for NC Wilmington.
