The italian website states that the contract of Jaaber expires on June 30th and after that there is an agreement with Panionios but no contract signed yet. The fans of Roma are in love with Jaaber and Dejan Bodiroga is considering seriously to try and keep the player in Roma. The young point guard has shown great skills in the court and it should be mentioned that he was the leading scorer of the greek league A1 until his departure with 22.4 points 4.2 assists and 2.8 steals in 15 games.Ibrahim Jaaber counts as a Bosman player as he has a bulgarian passport. His own wish is to make his break into the magic world of the NBA at some point in his career.

Actually, Jaaber doen not have the bulgarian passport yet, 'cause it must be paid off.. it is so complicated the whole story with this passport, but if finally he foins the team of Paniwnios BC, then he will get the passport. ;)

Rumours say that mr.Lianos, the chair-man on Paniwnios BC has agreed with Ibby in a 3-years contract, but you wrote that Roma wants him to stay in Italy..and also, Mahmuti, Benetton's head coach, wants him also according to italian sport-sites..
Jaaber is going to be very popular in Italy that's for sure.
