According to basketblog.gr, Jamon Lucas(1.91-PG/SG) is a candidate for Maccabi Tel Aviv. The American combo-guard had a great season with Maroussi but the Greek team is actually falling apart now with Mavroeidis already leaving for Bilbao, Pelekanos returning to Olympiakos, Billy Keys leaving for China possibly and others will soon follow.
The article says that David Blatt was impressed with the skills of Lucas in the games that he saw him play against Aris and so the player has already been approached by Maccabi. Lucas averaged 9.8 points 3.3 rebounds and 3.3 assists in 18 games in the Euroleague and also 9.8 points 3 rebounds and 4 assists in 35 games in the Greek League. He has also played for the Washington Wizards, Antalya in Turkey, Koln 99ers and KK Split.
