AE Limassol signed Savvas Manousos


The Greek power forward/center Savvas Manousos (208-F/C-85) is officially Proteas EKA AEL Limassol's player since yesterday morning. The talented player is currently with the team of Aris Thessalonikis and is basically on a uniform the last month. Savvas Manousos will add power and rebounds in the Limassol team.

It is worth mentioned that Savvas Manousos is the seventh player to be added in the roster of the Queen of Limassol. There are rumors that a new American is ready to sign that has a really impressive name in the European market.

Kavala BC interested in Nikolaidis


Kavala BC have started the design of next season's roster after head coach Kostas Pilafidis decided to stay with the team for another season. One of their main targets is rumored to be veteran sharpshooter Prodromos Nikolaidis(1.98-SG/SF) who played for Trikalla 2000 this season. 

Nikolaidis is famous for his ability in long-distance shooting and he is estimated to be a target for many teams in Greece as he is a reliable scoring solution. This season he averaged 14.4 points and 2.6 rebounds in 24 games of the A1 greek league shooting at 38% behind the arc.

AEL Limassol announced Goran Jeretin


AEL Limassol announced serbian-montenegrian combo-guard Goran Jeretin(1.92-PG/SG) via their official website. The leader of the cypriot league added another quality guard to their roster and he will be their player until the end of this season.

Jeretin started the season in BC Kyiv but the financial problems of the team led him to find a contract elsewhere. He has also played in Red Star Belgrade, Buducnost and Maccabi Tel Aviv. As a player of BC Kyiv he had averaged 6.1 points 1.6 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 19 games of the ukrainian Superleague.

Toulon signed Zianveni and Ferchaud


Hyeres-Toulon announced 2 new signings via their official website. Maxime Zianveni(1.98-PF) and Cedric Ferchaud(1.94-SG) will reinforce the french team that want to avoid relegation this season and want to secure their place in the league. 

Zianveni is an exceptional athlete who spent most part of his career in Nancy(9 seasons) before moving to Cyprus to play for AEL Limassol and APOEL Nicossia and now moving back to France. Ferchaud has played for numerous teams like Cholet and Pau Orthez. With these 2 signings the club replaced Darrell Tucker(2.07-PF) and Mustapha Sonko(1.92-PG/SG)

Canak,Adeleke out - Mijovic in Lukoil


Lukoil Akademik, the Bulgarian champion and Nenad Canak(2.04-PF) parted ways. The club lost its chance to advance in the Eurocup, and hence they decided to reduce the players' budget. Andrew Adeleke(2.05-C) the nigerian center also left the club together with Canak. Canak has already received some offers according to his agent, and will decide very soon where he will finish the season.

Canak has so far averaged 6.7 points and 1.7 rebounds in 3 games, whereas Andrew Adeleke has averaged the impressive 13.3 points and 13 rebounds in 3 games in the Eurocup.

In their place Lukoil signed Vladimir Mijovic(2.07-PF), whostarted his career in Partizan. He started the season in Omonoia in Cyprus and decided to move on to Lukoil. Last season he played for KK Sloga Krajlevo where he averaged 15.4 points and 5.6 rebounds in 20 games.
