Panionios wants Milan Gurovic

According to spanish site bkball.net Panionios is trying to recruit the veteran scorer Milan Gurovic. Gurovic's contract with Prokom was not renewed and the player was released shortly after. The advantage of Gurovic is that he has a greek passport so he will not count as a bosman player for Panionios as he will occupy the position of a greek player.

Milan Gurovic is a natural scorer and he can score from any distance playing as a small forward. He is also a good rebounder but there are doubts about his defensive abilities. Gurovic had a stellar performance in season 2006-2007 with Red Start averaging 25.9 points and 5.3 rebounds in 14 games in the Uleb Cup. Injuries held him back last season though in the Euroleague where he averaged 15.3 points and 4.8 rebounds.
