Maroussi waiting on Denis Clemente's contract

He will be replacing the "intoxicated" Tony Weeden.

Denis Clemente(1.85-PG/SG) is supposed to be returning his contract to Maroussi anytime now according to basketnet.gr. The Puerto Rican point guard started the season in Israel playing for Maccabi Rishon Le-Zion but he was waived by his team because they wanted a pure scorer. He averaged 9.6 points 3.1 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 7 games in the Israeli League. He graduated in 2010 from the Kansas State University but went undrafted.

If he sends back his contract signed he will be replacing Tony Weeden (1.88-PG/SG) who was caught positive in a drugs test for a forbidden substance. It was part of a medication that he hadn't warned his team about and so Maroussi had to waive him although he wasn't doing bad, averaging 10.4 points 3.1 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 7 games in the Greek A1 league.
