Another desperate transfer comes from France this time. Alain Digbeu(1.96-SG/SF) signed a contract with Pau Orthez until the end of the season so now the french veteran will help Orthez in their fight to stay in the league. Digbeu comes to replace Sammad Nikkah.
Digbeu averaged 7.4 points and 3.4 rebounds in 13 games for Kavala in the Greek A1 league but it remains to be seen whether he will be enough to save the failing Pau Orthez from the last position of the leaderboard with only 3 wins and 15 losses. The team that won the french cup in 2007 might be playing in the lower divisions next season.
