According to some behind the scene news, AS PAOK Thessalonikis and Coach Soulis Markopoulos succeeded a great transfer for the Thessaloniki team. The NBAer Tyronn Lue (183-G-77, college: Nebraska) is agreed the financial terms with the North Hellas team and will be wearing the Black and White jersey of teh team for the seazon 2009-2010.
PAOK is now fulfilling the roster with the best feasible way as only two months ago, the team was facing even problems to 'close down' and bankrupty. After the agreement with the Football Management though, the team received the necessary budget and came back to the transfer world with a lot of dynamics. PAOK made a very strong team and is up to the coachign team to mentle the team and be among the positive surprices of the coming seazon. It is worth mentioned that Lue was very close to sign a new contract with Boston Celtics but the final minute the two sites change their mind.

The newlly merged team, Gymnastikos Olympia Larissas agreed financial terms with the Greek Head coach (ex PAOK) Giorgos Kalafatakis for an one year contract.
