In the span of 2 days Dynamo Moscow proceeded into 3 transfer and renewal moves to secure a powerful roster for next season.
The announced the signing of Alexey Savrasenko(2.18-C) via their official website, that recently left CSKA Moscow. The Russian center with a Greek passport had a contract with CSKA for another season that it was too high and they decided to mutually break their contract. This past season he played on loan from CSKA for Spartak St. Petersburg averaging 6.4 points and 5.4 rebounds in 17 games. He started the season in CSKA but after a disagreement with Messina about his playing time he was excluded from the team.
Dynamo Moscow also renewed the contract of the captain of the team Dmitry Domani(2.00-SF) who has been playing for Dynamo for the past 7 seasons and they also extended the contract of Sergey Monya(2.05-SF) who is currently playing with the Russian National Team in the 2009 Eurobasket in Poland.
