There are rumors in the ukrainian media that greek shooting guard Panayotis Liadelis(1.92-SG) will be leaving the ukrainian champion after 3 consecutive seasons. It seems that coach Girskis made statements to a ukrainian website(newsru.ua) saying that Liadelis has not fully recovered from his injuries and hence the team cannot count on him.
Liadelis will probably be another loss in a long list of casualties for Azovmash that started the season with a very ambitious roster but the economic crisis crippled their roster. A possible replacement will be lithuanian guard Rolandas Yarutis.
