BC Oostende announced Robert Hite


BC Oostende announced via their official website that they have decided to mutually part ways with Devin Green(2.01-SF) and to replace him with Robert Hite(1.88-SG/SF). Hite started the season as a player of Tau replacing the injured Pete Mickael.

Hite had a short pass through the magical world of the NBA playing briefly for New Jersey, Miami and Phoenix that released him during the pre-season. He graduated from the University of Miami in 2006 and didn't make it in the draft. He averaged 16.4 points 5.8 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 34 games in his last season. He also played for Galatasaray in Europe where he averaged 16 points 4.5 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 15 games in the Uleb Cup. Hite didn't get much playing time having played only 2 games in the Euroleague and 2 games in the ACB and was subsequently released.
