According to greek website betsmart.gr Jake Tsakalidis-Ledkov could be returning to the NBA for the Phoenix Suns. Usually it's the other way round for european players that leave the NBA and end their careers in Europe. In this case after a year playing for Olympiakos Jake Tsakalidis might be returning to the NBA where an experienced 7-footer is always welcome.TsakalidĪ¹s played this year for Olympiakos where he averaged 6.3 points and 4 rebounds in 17 games. His little playing time is a clear indication that coach Giannakis will not be so keen on keeping him in next year's roster. His high contract (1.7 million euros per year) does not help either.
Tsakalidis started his career in Phoenix Suns where he played for 3 years.
