Benetton Treviso is hot on transfers this summer. The italian team is getting back on track and will be investing considerable amounts of money for transfers to get back on the game of the italian league and the Euroleague.
The situation at the moment in quite stable in Montegranaro after the departure of their general manager Lucio Zanca and Benetton Treviso is trying to make the best out of it.
Benetton seems to be offering Sharrod Ford 800.000 euros per year for a 1.6 million euros 2 year contract. The 25-year old american power forward is the most impressive tall player this year in Italy averaging 13.8 pts 10 rebounds and 1.6 blocked shots per game making him the leading shot blocker in the italian league as he also was last year in Germany playing for Alba Berlin. Sharrod Ford was the most effective player in the italian league last year which made every team in the league to be interested in him.
He could be the next signing for Benetton Treviso after they've signed Charles Judson-Wallace who was the leading rebounder this year.
