According to krepsinis.net, Olympiakos refused to lend greek/serbian combo guard Igor Milosevic(1.93-PG/SG) to Lietuvos Rytas. There was a previous report regarding this possible transfer and it seemed back then that Milosevic would play on-loan for Lietuvos Rytas.
His recent performance in the Mediterranean Games in Pescara with the National Team of Greece have boosted his profile. Milosevic was the starting point guard for Greece leading the team to the final but lost against Croatia. He averaged 14.8 points 2 rebounds and 3.2 assists in 6 games. The GM of Lietuvos Rytas, Jonas Vainuskas said that Olympiakos decided to keep Milosevic as they would need greek players to complete the roster. Their next target would be Bojan Popovic(1.91-PG) but he said that Popovic might not accept the money they have to offer.
