Aris waiting on Massey and Miles

Aris are waiting to find out the final verdict on the cases of Aaron Miles(1.85-PG) and Jeremiah Massey(2.02-PF).

According to sportnet.gr, Aris are waiting to see what will be the outcome of Miles' tryouts with the Atlanta Hawks. The Greek team tried to persuade Miles to come and play for them twice last summer but his high contract and his desire to find a contract in the States didn't let the deal go through. Miles recently became a father and his heart is set to find a contract in the NBA in order to be close to his family. Last season he was one of the best point-guard in the Greek A1 league averaging 11.3 points 2.8 rebounds 3.5 assists and 2.2 steals in 27 games playing for Panionios.

On the other hand, Jeremiah Massey is currently training with the second team of Real Madrid as he is not in the roster that Ettore Messina put together. According to sportnet.gr, Real offered a certain amount to Massey in order for him to break his contract but it wasn't good enough for Massey. The player's agent, is going to travel to Spain this weekend in order to discuss with the administration of Real the mutual resolution of the contract. Massey averaged 8.5 points and 4.5 rebounds in 38 games for Real in the ACB last season.

Miles and Massey seem to be the main transfer targets of Aris although nothing is certain at this point in time.
