Serbian Federation changes players' rules

Big news from the recent meeting of Serbian basketball federation, when it's decided to limit the foreign players in Serbian teams to 4, and also Montenegrin and Bosnian players are since now being treated as foreign.

A pretty shocking and disturbing news, particularly for Partizan and Vujosevic who used to bring youngsters from Montenegro and develope them into world-class players in Belgrade.
From now on, Vranjes and Rakocevic become 'foreign', as well as Zvezda's Bakic, Kikanovic and Milosevic.

Yet to see if this decision is to remain, for it's loudly unpopular in Serbian public, because most of those 'foreign' players coming from the mentioned countries are Serbs in nationality.
