Roma made offer for Tripkovic

Sani Becirovic(1.96-PG/SG) was too expensive for Roma, so instead they want to sign Uros Tripkovic(1.98-PG/SG) of Partizan according to mtsmondo.com. Tripkovic had a great season with Partizan reaching all the way to the Euroleague Play-offs only to lose against CSKA.

The player's agent Miodrag Raznatovic told the serbian portal that Roma made an offer to the player but he is not thrilled by it. He said that he will keep on looking for a team, quite possibly in Spain that might make a better offer. That doesn't mean of course that the offer from Roma will be ignored. Raznatovic also acknowledged that this summer is difficult for all teams because of the economic crisis. Tripkovic averaged 10.1 points and 1.7 rebounds in 19 games this season in the Euroleague with Partizan.
