Benetton Treviso announced as it was expected, the signing of Giannis Kalampokis (1.95-SG/PG) via their official website. Kalampokis will go through medical tests tomorrow and if they are successful then he will be integrated with the rest of the team. The announcement of the team states that Kalampokis is an athletic and solid guard that can play good defense and create his own shot.
Kalampokis averaged 10.3 points and 2.2 rebounds in 27 games of the greek A1 league for Panionios, including the play-offs games. He will be playing for Benetton until the end of this season.
