The 30 year old center has been quite popular linked to rumors about interest from Maccabi, Tau and Barcelona. Asselin has also played for Orthez in the ProA and also Caceres and Cantabria in LEB Gold.  He averaged 14 points 4.8 rebounds and 1.2 blocks in 32 games in the ACB this season with Manresa.
