Petravicius wants to stay in Vilnius


Marijonas Petravicius(2.08-C), the MVP of this season's Eurocup Final Eight spoke to krepsinis.net in an interview and said that he wants to spend another season in Vilnius. Petravicius has been the cornerstone of Lietuvos Rytas the last few seasons and now he is currently at the peak of his career at the end of 29. 

The season ended with winning the lithuanian league against rival Zalgiris, as Eurocup champion and also Baltic League champion as well. It is expected that a few teams will try to sign Petravicius this summer. He averaged 12.9 points and 6.9 rebounds in 15 games in the Eurocup, 13.7 points and 5.6 rebounds in 16 Baltic league games and 14.2 points and 6.2 rebounds in 22 games in the lithuanian league.
