Ioannis Kalampokis(1.95-SG/PG) is heading to Panellinios according to greek media. The greek combo guard will not be continuing his career in Panionios as the president of the team declared his departure and so the team will continue with a much reduced budget. Panellinios on the other hand already secured Haralambidis and want to book Kalampokis too, to build a strong greek base.
They were also interested in the case of Dimitris Tsaldaris(1.96-SG/PG) but his case is more difficult now that Aris have been formally invited to join the Euroleague qualifying round. Kalampokis played briefly for Benetton after the end of the greek play-offs. Kalampokis averaged 10.3 points and 2.2 rebounds in 27 games of the greek A1 league for Panionios, including the play-offs games.
