Hapoel Migdal signs Jordan Fliegel

Hapoel Migdal Jerusalem hopes to have found a diamond in the rough with the signing of Jordan Fliegel(1.98-SG/SF) for the coming season according to the Eurocup Official site. The forward, who has been on trial with Hapoel for the past two weeks, signed a full contract with the club on Thursday.

Fliegel graduated this summer from Bowdoin College in his native United States, where he played Division III college hoops and averaged 13.6 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game as a senior. He finished his college basketball career second on the school's all-time games played charts and in the top 10 in career blocked shots. Fliegel traveled with Hapoel on its preseason tour in Belgium and signed with the team upon their return to Israel.

i do play-by-play and color commentary for the bowdoin basketball teams: he was a strong and very physical post-player with excellent patience and pivot moves around the rim. best of luck fliegs ;)
