Gardner out, Paulding renewed for 2 seasons

Oldenburg are keeping Paulding but saying goodbye to Gardner.

The news came from the official website of Oldenburg. The team announced that they will be keeping Rickey Paulding(1.96-SG/SF) for 2 more seasons but they will be looking for someone else to replace Jason Gardner(1.78-PG). Gardner will be leaving Oldenburg after playing for them for 3 seasons. This season he was plagued by a injuries that left him out a few games. He averaged 8.6 points 2.1 rebounds and 2.6 assists in 28 games in the Bundesliga.

Rickey Paulding on the other hand will be one the basic building blocks of the new team of Oldenburg who will also be looking for good German players to support them. Paulding averaged 13.2 points 3 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 36 games in the Bundesliga for Oldenburg.
