Olimpia Milano announced Jamie Arnold

Olimpia Milano managed to sign Arnold in the end despite the problems.



As expected, Olimpia Milano announced the signing of American forward Jamie Arnold(2.03-SF/PF) via their official website. The deal is until the end of the season. The Italian team is currently 4th in the regular season and there are 2 more games in the LegaA1 until the play-offs begin.

Arnold played for Peristeri BC this season in Greece. The Greek team finished 9th and couldn't make it to the play-offs.He graduated from Wichita State in 1998 and since then he's had a long career in Europe playing in Echo Houthalen, Hapoel Galil Elyon, Evreux, Keravnos, KK Krka, Badalona, Maccabi, Hapoel Jerusalem and Virtus Bologna. He only played 14 games for Virtus Bologna averaging 8.1 points and 4.6 rebounds. Arnold also has an Israeli passport so he play in Europe as a Bosman player. He had a great season in Greece averaging 14 points 6 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 24 games in the A1 league.
