According to sportdog.gr, Nikos Hatzivrettas (1.95-SG) came to an agreement with Panathinaikos to renew his contract for another season. Hatzivrettas helped Panathinaikos immensely in the finals of the play-offs and his contribution and experienced did not go unnoticed.
His agent Nikos Lotsos agreed a reduced salary for Hatzivrettas of 500,000 euros down from last season's salary of 700,000 euros. The deal has not been made official yet but it should be announced very soon. Hatzivrettas averaged 5.2 points and 1.4 rebounds in 29 games in the greek A1 league.
