Mantas Kalnietis(1.95-PG/SG) is rumored to move to Treviso and play for Benetton according to La Gazzetta Dello Sport. If this move happens, then Kalnietis will play for the first time outside Lithuania and leave Zalgiris. It is not certain whether coach Mahmoudi would stay for another season but Benetton have been active on the market regardless.
Kalnietis is a tall point-guard that can also cover the shooting guard position and he has been a member of the young National Teams of Lithuania and also a member of the men's National Team. This season he averaged 8.5 points 2.3 rebounds and 3 assists in 10 games in this season's Euroleague.
