Valencia announced Dusko Savanovic

Valencia signed one of the best players of the ACB.


Valencia announced the signing of Serbian power forward Dusko Savanovic(2.04-PF) via their official website. The deal is for 2 seasons. The announcement says that it will be made known in due time, when the player will travel to Valencia to undergo medical examinations and be formally announced by the team in a press conference.

Savanovic had a very successful 2 seasons in Sevilla, being on their MVPs in the last season. He has also played in FMP Zeleznik in Serbia and Unics Kazan in Russia. Savanovic was part of the youngster team that won the Adriatic League back in 2006. This season he averaged 14.7 points and 4.8 rebounds in 36 games in the ACB with Sevilla.
