Vanoli Cremona have another chance to sign Bramos as they couldn't last season.
According to basketinside.com, Vanoli Cremona are interested in signing Greek-American swingman Michael Bramos(1.96-SG/SF) formerly of Peristeri. They tried to sign him last season as well because Sports Director Marco Cabrini of Cremona saw him in Las Vegas. Bramos participated in the Las Vegas Summer League of 2009 playing with the team of the Detroit Pistons and Cabrini was impressed by what he saw.
Unfortunately for them they didn't manage to sign Bramos last season but now he also has a Greek passport so he doesn't occupy the position of a foreign player. Cremona also tried to recruit Michalis Pelekanos(1.98-SF) but when they heard that his contract with Olympiakos for next season comes up to the overinflated amount of 700,000 euros all negotiations ceased.
Bramos was rumored to have offers from teams of Spain as well. He averaged 8.9 points 2.2 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 26 games in Greece in the A1 league playing for Peristeri, while shooting at 45.7%(37/81) from behind the arc.
